Garden Fresh was founded in 2014 by Mr. Faustin Mbundu an experienced and committed Businessman with a main focus to produce and export fresh vegetables and fruits to international buyers in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East (Asia). Garden Fresh is BRCGS, Global GAP and SMETA/ETI certified, Winner of Rwanda Development Board Business Excellence Award 2018 as the emerging exporter of the year and is committed to providing its customers with safe, Reliable and quality products.

Our business
Garden Fresh specializes in fresh produce, mainly vegetables and fruits. The company manages farms of more than 350 hectares using high-tech irrigation and works with a network of out-growers to deliver safe and nutritious produce. Our production capacity is 50 tons per week.
For sustainable growth and consistency in supply, Garden Fresh runs its own production sites and sources fresh produce from trusted partners. Our business is shaped by the farmers we work with, including contracted groups and smallholder farmers in cooperatives, ensuring diversity, resilience, and shared growth.
Our main products include fine beans, tenderstem broccoli, passion fruits, baby corn, chilies, snow peas, and avocado.
Company Farms
The company manages its own farm in Kagitumba – Nyagatare which serves as a model farm and training center for all our out growers.
Technical Division
At Garden Fresh we have well trained agronomists and technical assistants who are ever on the ground to ensure that our produce is grown within the right standards without compromising on good agricultural practices Spraying and scouting are strictly undertaken by company field staff. This ensures that nothing is left to chance in terms of production of safe and quality products.
